Gothika – OK, this was fairly predictable. It featured some decent acting. And an enjoyable trip down crazy lane. I loved Halle Berry’s portrayal towards the beginning because her professionalism reminded me of my mother. Seriously, the entire portion of the movie before she goes nuts is so much like my mother’s everyday interactions, I could close my eyes and it even sounded like her. Just close your eyes and imagine the character had a daughter and that daughter is me… You’ve just got to see it to believe it.
